Once your client is accepted into the program, they will be placed in the property acquisition queue, and receive a complete prospectus for the next available property. Properties are only available on a first-come, first-served basis. The prospectus includes a certified independent appraisal, estimated repairs (if any), market value (for resale and rental), and estimated closing costs (not paid out of their pocket).

Through special arrangements with several national lenders, Out Estate Investments obtains full financing. The client will own each property without cash down.
